NO HELP AT ALL, First of my appointment was at 2:45pm The lady that contacted me didn’t contact me until 3 pm (but if I was late I would of had to reapply). Secondly, why tell people there is nothing that can be done but then turn around and encourage them to file a lawsuit? She told me nothing could be done but then turned around and said “Oh I can’t tell you not to hire counsel.” But you can tell me Blue cross Blue Shield can fire employees if they want to.

How can a person file a claim and the appointments are grayed out for 4 months in advance AND the contact phone number line remains busy? Pandemic has given a lot of government businesses a lot of excuses to not provide top customer service. Your job is to help people but that is not happening! Hire more people instead of over working the few you have! Put money back into the economy by hiring MORE people and training them to do their jobs well.

I filed a complaint against my employer for discrimination in 2015. I continued to call and follow-up on the case but was advised it usually takes years. It's been 6 years and when I call the number of the case manager its an out of service number. When i call the customer service number to speak with live agent their automated system just hands up. This is a corrupt system working with big corporations leaving employees with no recourse for grievances against bad employers.

Yes that is age discrimination
I had no one to talk to, to defend myself
Is tricky with the EEOC because I thought I had a rock solid case only to be led to the labor and law department and then to file a civil suit. Check McLean I was harassed by a CO worker and when I took it to management she gave him a Pat on the hand but yet other coworkers came to me and told me to be careful that when this man came in at 5:00 a.m. and I was already there that he had a vengeance against me so my husband who had spoken with this man previously because he helped me with my husband's truck since my husband is out of town so my husband already had his number and called him and did light a fire up under him to leave his wife alone but yet I was dismissed!!!! O now that this holiday is over I will be going to silver court because I feel as though I was harassed... On top of I got there at 7:04 a.m. and I was the 5th one and I did not get seen until 1:30 p.m. after they took lunch and then was told in all of 5 minutes basically I didn't have a case With the EOC
Months if not years
I'm not sure what you are asking me I don't have anything to do with the EEOC. Going there is a complete waste of time and expensive parking got the air at 7 o'clock a.m. was number 5 to be seen and that didn't happen to 130 and was quickly told it was a wrongful terminations and I need it to contact the labor law department. Good luck
Most people probably went in yesterday. They have days when they are packed and days when they are not packed
No and i walk with a boot on my right foot, still had to drive around to wait on parking meters are difficult
Yes, I highly recommend it. You do have to get there by 0700. They only take so many, be prepared to not receive any help. Even if they give you a right to sue, it will take them 2 to 3 years. That's what I was told. It will give you the right to move forward in writing. Hopefully this helps. All the best.
They are for the company not the employee. Even with witnesses they do not represent racial cases that involve the use of Nword. The EEOC wants you to quit your job if you are being retaliated against, they call your job and make it worse for the person by allowing the company to harrass you even more. Worst government biased intinty ever!😔
Yes. It is your responsibility to know how much time off you have available before requesting time off.
I was out for the 2 surgeries rotator cuff
