Great place to spend the day. Long hike up since it hasn't been open since 2019.

Cool place. They close the gate all weekend for the rest of summer. This sign is about a square foot and knee high so it's easy to miss from a car. Watch out you can get trapped if you're using the parking lot for Appalachian trail access .

Great location, also a great place to hop on the AT. Please note that (at least during summer 2021), the parking lot here will be closed Friday at dusk to Monday at noon (learned this the hard way when we left a car here during an overnight backpacking trip)! Park at the Blue Mountain parking lot instead.

This place is amazing, the water is clean and warm, the important is go early , if don’t know the way in the forest, I think not is recomendable, one time we meets with two families lost in the forest. Finally is a place amazing.
