You're not putting any investment into cleaning the property of I had to move someone into fifth floor apartment with no elevator that is working. My father lives there 15 years ago it was the same exact problem then. And he was a very clean man and his floor on getting bed bugs I don't know about the other five floors

They check credit. I was informed that credit wouldn't be checked but background will which is fine. I have awful credit so I wouldn't have wasted my time and money if they were up front with me. All good. Just a FYI for future people interested in moving there.

All I did was go look at an apt. But decided I wasnt going to like it there at all.
