I keep receiving letters to pay local taxes from this company even though I’ve already paid the initial amount they billed me. I was starting to think something was wrong and now I can see from the reviews what a horrible company they are. Time to sue!

Is this a tax that can be paid at the end of the year without penalties.
Call the office & speak to someone who works there about it. They should be able to give you directions on how to dispute the charges.
