Tek wave foreign tech support was very annoying and didn’t know what is going on. Their website has no map to tell when there is blackouts. I feel paying for this service is not worth it. Now they accuse me of having a second wi-go device and they want to charge me to have someone come over. It’s been a week and they haven’t fixed it.

My old AT&T DSL was too slow and almost obsolete. My family members living beside me have had TekWav for over a year and had no problems with service. I called to see if I could get service and the knowledgeable techs came to the house but were unable to get a good signal. They went out of their way to engineer a method to get a signal from the family member’s house to my house, and now I have fast, reliable internet. Thank you TekWav
