We made appointments for two of our vehicles online and they were on time taking them both when dropping them at there respective times. They finished both earlier than promised. I actually have issues with my windshield distorting my heads up display and the lines on the road and it gives me headaches and makes my physically ill when driving because the entire windshield is affected but it's worse when my heads up display is on, so I had to move it out of my vision. I contacted them about it because they have a warranty on them and they called me back right away and are ordering me a new windshield directly from Chevrolet (for my Tahoe.) Worth the wait of an extra week to have it fixed properly. I drive and travel A LOT. The office staff are amazing, super friendly and explain everything before and after. We will definently use them again. We all know how hard Colorado is on windshields with rock chips, cracks and hail damage. Stay awesome Safelite!

Updated: Despite initial issues servicing my daughter's car, the manager at the Aeroplaza location was extremely helpful & professional. The problems were resolved within hours of my visit to the office. The first technician said they didn't have one of the parts so the window wouldn't go up & down, then told my daughter to buy them herself & install them. It didn't work, we called for follow-up service to properly install the clips, the second technician comes out & says it's the wrong sized window (which I'd already paid for). After several frustrating attempts at reaching a human on the phone, a third technician shows up late after a 6-hour arrival timeframe, without the right window, & tells my daughter we need to order a new window.
