We went to a birthday party here it was so crowded and the lady who worked there and was suppose to help with the party was helping other people not with this party. I don’t think she was even worth the 18% tip that had to be paid for her!!

Hi there! :-) Yes, you are more than welcome to bring balloons, table decorations and banners. The only restrictions are confetti bombs and pinatas that are non-pull string. You are also welcome to bring cake or cupcakes, just no other outside food or drink. Thanks for reaching out!
No, they do not allow outside food for many reasons. One of which is making a reasonable profit. My family found that onsite pizza was tasty and reasonably priced. Save gourmet experiences for actual restaurants. Of course, special dietary needs will be considered by site mangers.

There is a small area of the play structure designated for kids under 2, and there are a couple of those little rides for younger kids, like a slow teacup type ride.
