Only commenting because I see 5 star reviews and I don’t want anyone to be fooled. I lived here a while back and they tried to charge me $200 after moving out for having to PAINT MY BEDROOM. They sent me the bill 3 months after moving out. I read through my lease agreement and they were against the lease agreement for charging me a certain number of days after my lease ended. I called 6 times and no one got back. I finally emailed with a screenshot of the lease and said I wasn’t paying it. They emailed back almost a month later that I didn’t l have to pay, which I already knew. It makes me sad to think about many people they scammed with this who didn’t read the fine print. Horrible apartment. Horrible management. Don’t ever move in here it’s a nightmare waiting to happen. Live anywhere else please.

Hello everyone, I hope that you can learn from my unfavorable experiences living here before you make the MISTAKE of even considering doing the same! Firstly, I wish that I could score this apartment a zero out of five for the collective problems and headaches I have had due to living here, but nonetheless. For starters, the amenities ( the pool, elevators, and parking for example) are ALWAYS having major issues and are continually met with a lack of motivation to fix them. I only have one more month living here and the pool and hot tub have not been available for use at all for residents for the remainder of the eleven months. The staff at Wahu provided a multitude of reasoning and excuses why it cannot open, however seemed to make no effort to bring about any change. Next onto another issue: parking. Parking here is absolutely VILE! Within the first week of moving into this apartment, a tow truck had taken my car in the middle of the night ( when i had the proper registration and information as well as payment to be there) and I was forced to pay nearly $300 to get my car back with writing on the windshield that took nearly 6 months to come off. I would say that our parking gates that allow for safety for the residents of the building have been broken at least 15 times this year. Not to mention the amount of times I have had to tell someone who is illegitimately parked to move. In addition, my sister’s car was broken into last week and the apartment had little care to reconcile or provide safety measures to be improved. The garage doors located on washington have continually been broken and not available for use. To top it all off, the elevators in this apartment rarely work. They are continually broken or not functioning and again meet with little staff reconciliation. I also became trapped in one of the elevators and had to call the fire department to get me out, and staff again unsurprisingly did little to provide compassion or aid. I sincerely hope this helps make a decision on where to live, ergo not here.

They are very quick to deal with maintenance requests. My room is spacious, which is always nice for a college apartment. It’s located very close to the bus stop and the light rail which makes transportation very quick.

There is a lot of positives about this apartment that are unfortunately ruined by the negatives. The location is excellent for stadium village with light rail access. Unfortunately, the majority of the apartment is disgusting. The hallways, except for the ones they show you during the tour, have not been cleaned once the entire time I've lived here and were dirty when I moved in. They are covered in stains and trash constantly. The garbage room is coated in a thick layer of nasty with trash always lining the door. The garage is easily one of the dirtiest garages I saw when touring apartments as well. The elevators from the garage as well have never been cleaned before and constantly have trash in them as well as stains and a thick layer of dirt. The pool and hot tub never opened because it was closed last year for covid. When I asked in September if they were going to open it they said once they receive a part they would open it. It's always nice being lied to but it's March now and it remains closed. Work orders are often quick which is nice and management seems to cooperate. If the cleanliness of the apartment would be improved it would actually be an apartment I might be able to recommend.
