Dr. Metcalf, Dr.Peek and their office team, have made this difficult month a little easier on myself and family. Our beloved Billy Ray had a severe illness that we couldn't quite put our finger on. Each time we needed an emergency visit, we were squeezed in same day. This urgency to see our baby was so appreciated in a time we felt desperate to help him. Losing a pet is a part of life we never accept or prepare for, thank you Davis Animal Clinic for doing what you could to try to heal our Bill. On the heartbreaking difficult day he left us to run his zoomies over the rainbow bridge, thank you for helping us with such compassion.

Went in today for shots sat for. 1 hour waiting. Was finally told by Mary they had an emergency and it would be awhile I decided to leave as I have a job. At the front desk she told the lady I was snippy which was a lie I told her good customer service isn’t waiting an hour to tell someone your late AND AHE LITERALLY FLIPPED ME OFF!! Dr Metcalf was right there and did nothing. I have spent a ton of money here we have 7 pets and never in my life have I felt so disrespected. I will never go back. They are horrible and their turnover rate in employees is as well.
