Park Cities Primrose is an excellent day care! My daughter is always happy when we drop her off and pick her up from school. She learns so much in the classroom. They never shut down the day care during the COVID-19 lockdowns, so as working parents we were extremely thankful for that.

Our daughter has been attending Primrose for almost a year now, and really trust the staff here to take good care of our LO. She is always in good spirits when we pick her up. I like that they have parent-teacher conferences for every classroom that your child is in (even if they're only 6 months old). To their credit, I'm sure it's been tough navigating the challenges of COVID, but Primrose Park Cities has been doing a good job so far. For our family, Primrose has been more reliable than any of the nannies we hired. Also, they are very proactive about communicating any issues, which is smart and something we appreciate. We're grateful that Primrose stayed open during COVID because our daughter has learned things she would not have had she just stayed at home. While we wish we could see more of what was going on inside the classroom, I guess we'll have to stay patient until society resumes. I'm looking forward to more events so we can meet the other parents and teachers at Primrose!

My husband and I absolutely love this school. We know our kids are safe, loved, getting an incredible level of care, and are being taken through the best curriculum around. Our kids wake up excited to go to school, and that makes us as working parents feel happy. We also appreciate the cleanliness of the facility, which during COVID is key! So very thankful for this school and the amazing quality of teachers and staff that are there.

Every child learns at their own pace because every child is unique. At Primrose schools, teachers use a variety of tools throughout the year to collaborate with families and monitor each child’s progress. This helps them understand each child’s individual needs and provide the personalized support that helps them excel.
We call our curriculum the Balanced Learning® approach. It is designed to inspire children to think with creativity, compassion and resourcefulness. Primrose school teachers not only guide children as they learn letters, numbers, science and more, but they also weave in character development and life skills opportunities throughout the day so children can develop social and relationship skills.
We require all teachers to be certified in first aid and CPR, in addition to ongoing health and safety training throughout the year. Teachers are also trained on common signs of illness with signage placed in each classroom. Learn more here: https://tinyurl.com/yakwfr8g
Teachers and students practice frequent handwashing throughout the day and adhere to a strict sick policy. Temperature checks, touch free check in, and limitations on visitors may also be implemented to minimize risk to all. Learn more here: https://tinyurl.com/y7gutztv
Items like high-touch toys, playground equipment, and other common surfaces are disinfected frequently throughout the day. Sheets and blankets from cribs are laundered daily; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and are laundered on a weekly basis. We require any students or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours.
