Good company, terrible app. You will get docked for everything. Even if it's the apps fault. Multiple drivers have had blocks cancelled while they were waiting in line at the facility, customers aren't always truthful about receiving orders, and if you cancel a block late, even by 3 MINUTES, it will affect your rating. Everything is blamed on the driver, no responsibility taken by amazon for any of these flaws in THEIR SYSTEM.

As a worker, to much favoritism, same employees do the same job everyday, friends of friends, poor poor poor training, young and inpatience managers, no time to train new employees, Amazon don't care about older aged employees. Dress code is ridiculous ..when the dress code clearly states knee length shorts.. No manager enforce the rules, why b/c they don't give a damm!!

We do amazon flex. We get routes through the Amazon flex app.
You have to apply to get a job for Amazon flex . You jut pick up the packages and deliver to the houses or apartment but you have to use your personal VICLE

a job you only want to work part time to supplement your full time job or give you some breathing room to find a sustainable job. Keep in mind they prioritize your labor rate and productivity over everything but will preach safety comes first to cover for any type of litigation from associates past, present and future. I recommend doing flex where you can "choose" your schedule. Good luck kid don't be nervous, it's just another job.
