On 10/1 went to this branch to withdraw $3000k out of my account through drive through and I got my money I count my cash 3 times , got my receipt the service was perfect teller was super nice. After 20 day’s wellsfargo’s took $1000 out of my account sayin correction on my transaction made 10/1 … they say I received $4000 not $3000 … I was confused I called the branch to ask what’s going and to ask if the teller was short that day , no teller was not short , my withdraw slip was correct I requested 3k and received 3k … after almost 2 months of headaches and complaining got my money back with no explanation why they took my money to start with. Will never trust this bank with my money 😡😡😡

I was having a very stressful day. I went to the drive through right before close on a Friday. Katelyn was the most friendly teller I have ever had with any Wells Fargo Bank Location. Surely turned my mood around. She recommended using Zelle through the Wells Fargo App and even gave my pup a biscuit. Awesome customer service! Hope I get her every time I go to this location.

I have an elderly disabled Mother who's been a long standing customer with Wells Fargo many years and who a lady calling herself the Branch Manager over the phone, Ashley Yen in Cottage Grove, Minnesota simply refused to help. My mother called her asking for online banking, so that I could help her manage her finances without her physically having to go in there, because it's becoming increasingly hard for my Mother just to get out the door, and Ms Yen refused to allow her online banking privilege because she don't have an email on file. When my Mother tried to give her my email to use, with her permission , Ms Yen refused to allow it...insisting that my Mother just come in despite her her being legally blind with Congestive failure and unable to do it on physicalher own. By the way, my Mother did go to that bank last week with the aid of a nurse simply because we needed printouts of her bank statements from March to June to give to her Social Worker, they instead gave her statements from April to June. So now I have to take off a day from work just to take my mother to the bank to get a printout of her March bank statement. Thanks for Nothing Ms Yen.

My favorite bank. I have only good things to say about Walls Fargo. (Redwing, Hastings and my favorite, Cottage Grove). Even when busy, they did their best to make time for me. Larry took excellent care for me, going out of his way to print things off for me to better understand banking and investments. He talked to me like a friend and even tough and reminded me of some useful life skills, some of which where even unrelated to banking. I appreciate that team
