This clinic started off good when we would take our two cats to get their annual vaccinations and check ups. The staff was friendly and informative. However, my husband and I got a puppy German Shepherd and started taking him to Dr. Kehoe’s animal clinic (he was only 2 months old, 20-25lbs). They immediately gave him some antibiotics even though he wasn’t sick. They claimed it was for discharge from his private parts. The antibiotics gave him GI issues and had diarrhea for weeks. We took him in again to get seen for the diarrhea and they prescribed him Forti-flora and a special diet which is not cheap. I started becoming skeptical because it felt like they were just making up reasons to give him medications + special diets + ointments so that they could make money. The last straw was when we took him when he was about 6-7 months old and the vet came into the office timid - like she had never seen a German Shepherd before. He was much bigger now and she hadn’t introduced herself to him. Now he was in the teething phase but it was harmless and he is NOT an aggressive puppy. The local kids in the neighborhood always run up to him and pet him. She puts her hands on his face and as he tries to sniff her hand she yanked it back in shock and fear. I respect people’s fear of big dogs, but don’t go into the profession and claim you don’t discriminate against breeds. The women at this clinic were rude at times and told me that my dog “better get trained before he hurts someone”. We have taken our dog to multiple training courses. He is well socialized with kids, people, and other dogs.

She actually found my perfect border collie / lab Peaches someone had left outside a kennel when they were in pitiful condition! Brought them to her office and over the next two months cared for and cured the two of them! After that time period I had been wanting a new border collie lab since mine was 11 years old and never left my yard so I wanted Pepper to train my next dog cause he was wonderful!! Together they were such fun! Peach was probably three and learned immediately and I enever had to have her on a leash after A couple of leashed trips around my corner lot! What a joy they were to us! Pepper lived over two more years and then Pepper lived to 14 years old and Dr KEHOE made sure she was with her when she passed away! There are no words to ever tell you how very special she, and her staff were to me! When I get my next dog I already know my VET! She is amazing to people and animals!

Such a nice group of people! My first time using them. Was recommended by a friend, and not disappointed! They went out of their way to make sure my puppy was feeling safe, and no separation anxiety! Due to COVID, no customers allowed in currently, but they put him in the front examination room so he could see me outside on the sidewalk. Like he cared! He was getting so well pampered inside without me! We already have our next appointment scheduled. Thanks!

Dr. Kehoe is amazing! The story with our dog is very unique. We found a dog on the side of the highway, and Dr. Kehoe stopped to try to help us catch her. Because we ended up keeping her, Dr. Kehoe allowed us to come to her clinic and helped us make sure she was vaccinated and healthy. Dr. Kehoe is so caring and genuine, which can be a rare find! We drive almost an hour every visit because the experience we have at her clinic is so worth it. I will always recommend her clinic to all of my fellow pet parents!
