They got allot of young dudes working for them, also make sure you state your issue clearly. My mother back driver tire kept seeping out air. I took it to discount tire for them to check it out. They said she had something stuck in it, so they pulled that out. Yet the tire kept seeping out air a coupke days later or so. So, I had to take it back up there, and when I did, I told them it keeps seeping air. They checked it out, and finally sealed the leak up! Since then it has been fine, no issues. This place in my opinon is better than plaza tire service located on caraway.
