Hi, What is the NPI (National Provider Identifier) the clinic uses while billing?

I’ve been to Carol Ann Reed for mammograms, ultrasounds and a biopsy and could not have asked for more professional and compassionate care. I recently was comforted to learn that my surgery day would start with pre-op procedures at Carol Ann Reed. I knew they would take excellent care of me.

No Go

It is hard to judge in Covid conditions... In general, I would say that they are trying but perhaps I came on a very busy day. The waiting room was full, the wait was long, and I suspect that they forgot me in one of the rooms because they were surprised to find me there 30 mins later and apologized again and again. I did not understand the directions the front desk receptionist gave me, which indeed were very simple, but not entirely clear coming through a mask and amidst other noise. Perhaps a pictogram could help or a sheet they could show everyone without saying much. The mammogram technician was great (hence the three stars) -- fast, gentle, respectful. However, the ultrasound one was terrible, very impatient, frustrated, and just rude. At least, the latter reported that everything was fine, (yay!), but without any additional information, literally, OK-bye. By the end of the day, all we want to hear is OK but a bit more patience, especially in cases with previous concerns, would definitely help.

The Carol Ann Reed Breast Center is awesome, I will never go anywhere else ever again. The staff is so nice, professional and caring. I was in good hands today for my mammogram and ultrasound. You are loaned a soft cotton robe to wear while you are there, it felt like I was at a spa. The very best part is you are given the results of your test before you leave there, what a relief. caring.
