25 years ago this was a good company but not anymore. Two brothers run the office and they cover for each other when they’re wrong, customer is never right in their opinion and they don’t mind losing a customer, which they have. They quoted a price on material and it seemed a little low compared to others, so I confirmed the price AND drew the shapes along with dimensions on paper, guess what ? They got it wrong and wanted more money. Total jerks both brothers, they would not honor their price and lost us as a customer for life. For all potential customers, please take your business to a company that appreciates you and your business.

I quit going here a long time ago. Their prices are good but the attitudes were too much for me. I paid for my materials the last time, went to the back as I was told to get them and the guy said to get out and wait because he was on lunch. I told him the office told me to come back and he said he didn't care. I've been using Metal Supermarkets ever since even though higher price and King Architectural.

Don't go here if you need the touchy, feely attitude. The employees don't go out of their way with the friendliness. The main problem I have is there system of buying metal. You have to go to the office, order it, pay for it and then drive back and wait for the guys to get your order. If you don't make yourself known then you will wait a while. Plus If you want to look through the drops, then go to the office, then they tell you to go look, find what you want, back to the office to pay for it, and then go pick it up. Honestly, I only go here when I need something small and quick. And you can complain all you want but the owner could care less. Go to King Architectural. Better prices and people.

This is now my #1 spot for steel Bought some project steel from'em, fair prices, had everything I wanted, even willing to charge a bit less for multiple cuts I can't say anything about their return policy but I don't care. Steel is something to *keep* for further use and EVERY bad review is people complaining about return restock fees.. that means nothing in the grand scheme, and you shouldn't be returning anyway, buy what you need. Will absolutely return to these folks!
