Went into Wylie Outdoor Power to find a simple return throttle spring because this was where a friend found them in the past. Walked in and a lady was about to show me what was available. Needless to say a man walked on the showroom floor and asked me what I needed I told him. With a sharp tone he said we don't have that. I tried to explain it's a universal throttle spring but I could clearly tell he did not have time for me. Horrible customer service and a colossal waste of my time. Will not be back!

Great place with highly knowledgeable and friendly staff. We have taken a few of our mowers up here a couple times in the past, but the last time he told me exactly what was wrong with my mower and helped me fix the part, all for free. He never touched my mower but after a 5 minute conversation he was able to properly tell me what was wrong and how to fix it. Great place that really cares for their customers. Highly recommend.

You will need to call them to find out for sure. I would make sure you tell them upfront when you need it back by and make sure they can meet your deadline.. They do great work, but their communication skills need work.
We do not rent mowers. We usually have a loaner mower available. They are first come first serve. There is a chance it will be out but we can put you on a list. They will call you when it is back.
