We arrived about 2:30 and our room wasn’t quite ready so they put our luggage in a locked room and we went and had lunch down the street. When we returned they had bumped us up to the top floor. We had amazing views of the mountains. The room was beautiful. The bed was comfortable. It was a convenient 25 minute walk to Coors field. In the morning the Breakfast (free) was very good with lots of options. We will definitely stay here again!!

Perfect location and a very friendly staff. The workout room is awesome, and the breakfast is delicious. The room is clean and comfortable; everything you need is inside the room. We ran out of a couple of items, but the staff immediately brought them to the room once we talked with the front desk. I gave it 4 stars because a creepy guy in a side room in the AC hotel kept looking with his binoculars every morning at all our hotel windows. I kept looking at him to let him know I could see him, but he kept scanning all the rooms’ windows. Even though the view was good from our window, we kept the blind down all time to prevent this guy from looking at us. I should have reported him.

The space is great! Breakfast quality is amazing. Location is perfect. I was never able to get into my room. Had 3 keys made over several hours. Finally was let in my room by a manager. Told I would get a part refund as a result, then not helped. Had to send emails after my stay to resolve the situation. So it really affected my stay.

The room we stayed in was very nice.. we had the mountain view suite over NYE weekend.. I would have given a 5 star review, but we had accidentally left our speaker in the room after we had checked out. And told them exactly where we left it the same day we checked out, and know it was in the room. We cleaned up our room before we left.. And they said they "never found it" which is sad because it was almost a $300 nice speaker we've had for years. So either the housekeepers or someone else had taken it from lost and found. Its sad that people can just take things that aren't theirs, especially when we call about it and report it within us leaving not even an hour later. Yes it is our fault we left it in the first place, but the staff could have been respectful and honest about returning it.
