I Look At This Beauty Supply Shop As A Good Go To. I've Found Even "ROYAL CROWN" (OLD SCHOOL) HERE. They've Never Been Out Of AnyThing I've Been Looking For. I'd Shop Here & Support OUR LOCAL BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE BEFORE GOING ELSEWHERE. THEY DON'T SEEM TO HAVE ADJUSTED PRICE'S LIKE MONEY HUNGRY SUPPLY STORES I'VE BEEN CHECKING OUT. THAT MEANS REPEAT CUSTOMERS & LONG TERM CUSTOMERS. NOT MAKE AN EXTRA DOLLAR THIS WEEK & GO OTTA BUSINESS NEXT YEAR. CONGRATULATIONS, TO A PLACE WE CAN STILL AFFORD TO SHOP AT EVEN THOUGH WE'D ALL LIKE TO SEE CHEAPER PEICES "AGAIN"

I have been going to this store alot at least 2 to 3 times a month, but now I will not be coming back to this store again! I sent my teenager in the store by herself to buy lip gloss. she brougt 3 lip glosses at first and then decided she want to change one to a differnt color. instead of the women letting her just change the lip gloss the women got upset at my daughter and told her she most pay for it. and told or pressured her to pay for five so my daughter walkout with 5 lip glosses that are 99 when all she wanted was to change 1 lip gloss for a differnt color. but was overcharged $ 3.22 and add another 5.36 and the lady tried to be slick by not giving my daugter back the first recipt for 3.22. I also took the time to call them back to clear this matter up and a man answered instead of trying to fix the issue he responded by saying they did my daughter a favor. " I ask him how" he reply back by saying there was a another lady in the line.... I really dont like giving bad review but this 1 I could not let get away. these people are not to be trusted she will overcharge you and wont care that she just took advantage of a 13 year old. I have a reciept and my online banking statement pictures to let you know this really happened😢
