I have been extremely impressed with the service of Brazos trailers. My trailer was damaged in shipping which was NOT their fault and Brazos went above and beyond to make it right. I have purchased several parts from them and not only do I get the correct parts quickly, they follow up to make sure I got it. As soon as I can get another truck I will be ordering another trailer from them.

I found myself in a tight situation with a storage trailer that had to get moved from the property and none of the local tow companies would even bother talking to me about moving this trailer. Out of desperation I started calling trailer places, and I called Brazos based on my past experience with them. Brooke was extremely professional, quoted me a price and arranged for the truck to be at my location this morning they bent over backwards doing what had to be done to get the move accomplished and a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders when the trailer was delivered to my new house. If they will bend over backwards to help a guy move a storage trailer, then I don’t see anywhere where they would not make any reasonable effort to be professional and do their jobs properly.
