I purchased a bottle size 80 bottle of 98% Argon and 2% CO2. I bought the bottle and gas because I had a small hot job for BASF. After getting the bottle to the shop it was empty when we connected it to out welder. I went back to the South Loop store and talked to the manager and he said there was nothing they could do that I bought the bottle and it was mine. I did leave the bottle there with the store and still have not been credited for the bottle or the gas. I asked for a credit and according to Redballs corporate policy if I am not happy with product I can return. Suggest buy somewhere else. Try Big Text Welding, family owned, within a few miles, and much better people.
