My toilet was backed up, the refrigerator was off, the A/C was set to 60 degrees and the room was quite frigid, there's no towel rack in the bathroom, and both of the bulbs were out on the desk lamp. The front desk lady did not know where the bulbs were kept. For $150/night, this is a terrible value and I'm not staying at this hotel again.

Nice clean room. Beds are very firm bot so easy to sleep on unless you like sleeping on and firm Mattress. Great customer service. They have a pool and are affordable if you are on a tight budget. They have a very convenient crib or pac n play for your little one if you ask.

All the staff was amazing. We booked at the last minute because the hotel we originally booked in Columbus messed up. So Comfort Inn hooked us up. Our King Suite was nice, the pool and hot tub was great, they allowed us to have a late check out, and they even have a fresh breakfast bar! If you need a room in Marion I would recommend this hotel.

We had a very good stay. The hotel staff were competent, friendly, professional and had great customer service. The hotel and our room were very clean; however, there were very few electrical outlets in the room--it needs to modernize in this area.
