.....Rating is a 1. I have purchased products from Chastants for over 30 years and never had any issues. But, in August 2022, I was sold a product that was inferior, did NOT work as YOU instructed nor the instructions that were in the package. Chastant Brothers did NOT stay in business for over 73-years by NOT honoring their patrons or products. I went in person to complain about the product and was told ... SORRY, I cannot honor the product or give you a refund. I am very disappointed in the handling of this issue. The Manager or G.M. has never returned our calls. ....

Had to get weed and spider poison. I wasn't sure about the weeds, but the lady looked it up and gave me more information on how to use it, what to do and what not to do. Much more than you get at Walmart or Home Depot. They are exceptional. They also have some things that other stores don't have, so we have learned to just save some time and go there first. We've never regretted it. Prices may be a little higher than other stores, but the quality is better and so is the customer service. Thank you Chastant Brothers, you have made my day, once again.
