The rent varies according to the lot size and the number of people. No cable, but Wi-Fi, water, and septic is included. Has 2 laundry rooms, a club house with hot showers, a storm shelter. Great neighbors, and the owners are totally awesome.
No internet direct cabled company services this area. You can get a satellite service if you need something dedicated to you. Otherwise, internet would be through the on-site wifi which can be spotty at times.
Give them a call. Very nice people. Less expensive than most rv parks in North TX, you do pay electric separately.
Sometimes. They ask that the rv be no older than 10 years but some permanent residents have been grandfathered in when their trailers exceeded that.
Tents are not allowed on site ... This isn't a tent style campground. Some residents have been here for years.
