I was told twice over the phone and once in person at their office what the cost would be, I wrote it down. When I I returned to pick it up my car I was charged a &100 dollars more than I was Quoted. They were very rude when I asked to speak to the owner. I told them the owner was eating. I said he could call me and they said he not going to talk to you. I told them this was a scam and I‘l let everyone know. I was then told to get out and keep my f- -king mouth shut. I would never do business with them again. I should have checked their low ratings before I went there. Their best quality is RUDENESS

Just go the the Uhaul on Harkrider. Save your time and frustration.

Rude! The middle aged woman who answers the phone is RIDICULOUS rude. I had questions based off of what I was told from another uhaul. Her response was"I DON'T CARE!".As this person continued to be ride and unhelpful, I tried to not let them get me out of character. Find another location, the rudeness from this location shouldn't be tolerated.
