Went with my daughter to get school clothes for her daughter. She really wanted some type of jacket that they didn't have in her size. But we were able to find some other items that she likes. I saw a beautiful dress that I will go back and get when we're not shopping for school clothes.

My husband and I went in to pick up a shirt that was placed on hold by another store for us that we NEEDED for that evening. We rushed over to pick it up. We arrived at 7:56 pm. The doors were locked and as another customer was coming out, the employee rushed to the door in order to close it so that we would not be unable to enter. We explained to her we were picking up a shirt that was on hold and we would be quick. We also told her it was not 8 pm (which is when they’re supposed to closed) she looked at her watch and said “ I said we are closed”. The employees name was Cindy or sydnee. All in all. It was a terrible experience coming from the cherry creek location where they went above and beyond to find this shirt for us at another store only to get there and get turned away rudely.

H&M is ok, but I won't be shopping at this location nor will I be shopping at any store in Denver due to the bag charge. RIP Denver shopping you just killed the market

This is a great H&M location, although it seems to be about 50% women's apparel, 25% kids, and 25% men's. Would love to see more men's clothing at this location. However the prices are always a decent deal here. I was greeted by staff …
