I seriously love Patagonia clothing but they're see very rude in this store. I asked if they did Vail employee discount. They didn't really know. I said it's no problem and before I could say it was no problem to not get the discount the guy jumped all over me. I can't remember what he said. But calm down.

Well - went here on a weekday and it is always a chore to find a place to park. Got to the door and it stated - sorry closed for a special occasion for our employees. That's nice but didn't say why. O well. - came back the next day. Didn't bother to check the web site - just thought it would be open on a weekday. I don't even know if it said closed on there website. Like I said - o well.

Yes
I am assuming it is a patagonia down jacket. Two things, either take it to a Patagonia store. They will fix it for free or maybe a very nominal.chargr OR repair it yourself by buying this -https://www.amazon.com/dp/B081N7KS55/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_GDZ2584T0JV0DDN3W1WQ

No, they focus on outdoor clothing, packs, sleeping backs, etc.
They have a great return policy and as long as it was purchased at a patagonia store you should be able yo return it
This is not a customer help desk. The questions answered here are to assist with random stuff. You should call the store.
There is parking right across Blake street which is north of the store. Or u can park anywhere along 15th between court and wynkoop st and hop on the free mall ride.
Yes, they have hemp pants and shorts in the warmer seasons.
