Never had a problem here in the past. They have a new security guard who says he is a current certified law enforcement officer. This gives him the right to berate drivers. First unpleasant experience I've had at Sasol. Debating whether I will come back to this facility in the future. Drivers have enough people around willing to treat us poorly we sure don't need it from our customers that we're trying to help.

If anyone gets a pick up address 2201 old Spanish trail. It means you have to go to 3011 old Spanish trail. There is a gate #8. That's where you need to go first and check in for you pick up or deliveries. Old Spanish trail is also known as East Burton st. Some GPS doesn't pick old Spanish trail. Fast loading but to get the BOL. They take forever.
