If you buy an auto from this dealer and need to contact the service department you're in for a long wait on the phone. The service dept. will not answer their phone calls. Puzzling!

The car service department is absolutely terrible. I've taken my car there 3 times now and each time it takes weeks on end for them to finish repairs. I only have one car to depend on and can't afford for them to keep my car so long and they don't have loaner cars to give customers. Also when I call to get a status update, no one answers the phone and leaves me on hold for over 15mins. I've asked to talk to the service manager OJ and I was once again left on hold. I leave messages to be called back and no one calls. Their lack of communication alone extends the time it takes to get the car back. I'm beyond frustrated and this will be the last time I take my vehicle in for service.

I've had to bring my Veracruz to them three times: once for a recall, for a key FOB repair (which they didn't charge to do) and last for a corroded battery plate. Every time my service guy was polite, courteous and went above and beyond. I highly recommend them! Stellar customer service and they saved me money!
