I went in with a recall notice previous discussed with a rep the day before. He told me they merely had to check the wiper motor to see if it was the one they needed to replace on the recall. If so they would then order it & get it in. I told them I would come by after lunch today so I received an email stating I had a 2pm appointment. I was there at 1pm instead, thinking this is going to be a quick visit since they just had to look at it & send me on my way. The rep was totally without personality… could have been a robot so far as I was concerned.. not friendly & just barely courteous.. no smiles & never eye contact… obviously not having a good day. Nonetheless I told him I would wait. I waited 15 minutes past my 2pm appointment trying to understand I shouldn’t have come in early. I looked in the parking lot where they usually put the vehicles after they’ve been serviced to discover my truck was out there. There no telling how long it was there before I confronted the rep. He once again found my paperwork marked that customer was waiting, again no eye contact & no personality, went to his computer & merely stated they would have tonorrr the part & they would let me know when I could come in for it. I questioned him about some other recall issues & he kept telling me there was only the one. I had received 4 other recalls after my last service visit in March which he said they had already been done… no explanation that the letters came out automatically even if service had already been done. I could not tell one way or the other. I’m very upset still that I was shown this lack of respect. I’m sorry the guy had a bad day but he needs to leave it at home. I expect my customer service rep to be customer oriented. I did not get angry with him. I kept my cool but believe me I will never again be treated that way by Bob Moore Ford or they will cease to ever have my future business 🤬

Bob Moore Ford service department is senond to none! Work was done in a timely fashion, at predicted cost, and the work was top shelf. I continue to be impressed with the profession treatment you get and the excellent job that they do. They are the BEST!!!!

It will cost you labor and possibly other parts that may need replacing like pins or clips. Hard to say on this one bc there isn't much to go off of here. Recommend you call the service dept and ask the question. They would best folks to talk with. Don't be afraid to call around to another dealership for the best price and quote.
