Gate still locked 2.5 hours past open time on Sunday Dec 26th...not acceptable...downright shameful.

A year after our parents passed away yesterday the headstone arrived. My sister received the call but Maria a representative of garden of memories was unable to explain the reason why we couldn't be there while it was installed on the other hand my sister wanted to be present to make sure it was correct. Well the headstone was placed, and conveniently my brother was there took a picture and sent it to us. Well the vases weren't placed. Here comes the good part, as we are grieving a bittersweet moment after losing both Mom & Dad a couple weeks apart last December, my sister calls Maria to let her know and Maria replies "YOU ARE VER DIFFICULT " and hands up on my sister. My sister tried calling back only to get hung up on. My little sister called and the same thing..My review has one star because without it I couldn't share our experience!

Has a huge problem with items going missing from headstones. Or my plants get chopped up by the lawnmowers. My grandparents headstones have even been scuffed up like they have been run over. My grandparents don't deserve that type of disrespect
