Not sure how this place has such high ratings. Visited recently for dinner on a Friday night. The restaurant was dead; no one there. Also, be aware, this is INSIDE a hotel. Was shocked the menu seemed like a Covid menu still; very short/small selection. The steak was about 6oz and was reminiscent of skirt steak or even a thick carne asada. Tough, chewy, fatty, and only cooked medium. Comments I saw online compared this restaurant to Lazy Dog, but it's nowhere close. I've had a better steak at On The Border. Server was on point...food was just terrible.

Breakfast service is fast, friendly, and delicious. Highly recommend and Im excited to try for dinner next time I’m in town, as my coworkers said the bartenders are fantastic. Will return!

We had to evacuate from our home in December ‘21 because of the Marshall Fire that devastated Colorado just as the year came to a close. We ended up staying at the Marriott in Westminster for several days. Not only was the hotel kind and quick in their response to the flood of incoming local victims, but Tiller’s Kitchen and Bar made the stay surprisingly comfortable! I frequented the restaurant. Whether I was there for pancakes in the morning, Brussels sprouts and fries in the early evening, or capping off the night with a crisp Old Fashioned [cocktail], Tiller’s consistently delivered! The food and drinks were great, but the icing on the cake was the restaurant’s service and the pleasant interactions with those who worked there - exactly what I needed. Big shout out to Kate, one of the restaurant managers, who is a Hurricane Katrina survivor and had recently lost her own home to a fire. Kate provided warmth at the restaurant, comforting the victims and reassuring them out of her own experiences with tragedy. If you’re in the area, you should hit up Tiller’s. You’ll see what what I’m yapping about!

Breakfast today was great! Your corn cake benedict is soo good! Even with a full restaurant, our server Val kept her cool, and was so nice. Will definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you for all you do!

They do, and chef designed. You will like it.
We no longer do a Sunday Brunch buffet but a Saturday and Sunday Brunch menu. Chris is correct in saying 10-15$ plates a few might be a little higher than that.. We are also running a cinco de mayo and derby specials menu all weekend 5/4-5/6 starting at 3. - exec sous chef Chris
