Delt with Clayton via messenger (was not told he was at a different branch to trailer I wanted) Def one to avoid. I bought a trade in through him but the trailer was from a different branch of NTS. Once he got the sale he dropped the ball big time. Dropping the other branch in it, they had to sort out his mess and as Clayton didn't tell them I was picking up the trailer and the trailer wasn't ready. Then was lied to about a few other things by him. I waited for over 2 and a half hours for the trailer to be made ready, No offer of discount, compensation etc. Only to get himself out of the 'hole' he said he paid the debit card fee (out of his commission) as he didn't tell me about it. ABSOLUTE APPAULING SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We purchased an awesome cimmeron 3h trailer with OUtlaw living quarters from P& P. We love it. The quality is great purchased it via pictures off the internet and provided by our salesman, Greg Wales. The trailer was everything he said it was and then some. We had some financial issues we had to overcome. Greg helped us make it happen. We live nearly 1000 miles from Rose City, Texas, didnt see the trailer until it was delivered (in 2 days). The transaction was seamless despite the remoteness. I would not hesitate to buy remotely from Greg and P & P again.

I needed a trailer to haul beer kegs and a ZTM to our restaurant. Chris did a great job helping me to make sure the trailer met my needs. They were easy to deal with. I called and Greg went out in the yard and verified that the trailer was in stock, not just looking on computer. The paperwork and whole buying process to get the trailer prepped and ready for delivery may he have have taken 30 minutes. They were completely up front, no hidden fees or anything else. They had coffee while you waited (plus for me). Ready to roll, easy to go. I would recommend them for your trailer needs.
