WHY????? Do the FREAKIN' Toilet Roll Dispensers HAVE TO be SO Close to the DIRTY Floor PLUS Right next to the commode???? Put it UP to where people can conveniently get paper, without Dragging your knuckles (& paper) across the gross floor.. And tighten up the Loose Seats!!!

I stopped in there during a business trip. I should have taken some pictures. But didn't really think about it. It was a pleasant experience. I had a subway sandwich, chips, drink & cookie ( combo meal) which was very good. the lady behind the counter was helpful and courteous. got some fuel for the car. the prices are obviously still too high, but that's not thier fault. so overall it was a 4 star experience..

Night shift seems to think he can charge whatever he wants for coffee. He charges for a regular non refill on a refill philmore cup then will start a fight with you over it when less then 10 hours before I got a cup for the right price. I will be contacting corporate over his attitude and his customer service skills.

Pilot is very popular for truckers and travelers! Showers available! A good selection of food to choose from😁 Always the cheapest gas right off the freeway! I love Pilot when I'm on the road! Very well kept and clean location 😁

Yeap flying J is getting more greedy day by day now you dont get any points on in store puchases and courtesy showers expire after a week
