I went in with a text of a check from my sister with 100 cash. She's a single mom. I said I need to deposit this. They asked if I had account there. I said no and she said we can't take the cash or deposit it. But if you had a check or if you had a money order I could accept it. I said your a bank sale me a money order. She said oh we can't do that you don't have an account with us. But you can go to wal mart and get a money order and come back and we'd be happy to deposit the money. She said this is our anti money laundering policy. They had no interest in trying to help me accomplish this for my sister. They could had at least sold me a money order.

I hate this bank! You cannot get a human on the phone and When you take a day off from work, to make an appointment....then all of sudden they say you don't have an appointment. I'm husband passed away i brought the death certificate and everything i needed.As soon as I get through my grief I will be changing banks!!!!!

How do you do business with a bank that NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE???? Calling for days now!!. I called the 1-800 # to ask if they can get through to them and they said no. So then I asked the 1-800 person if she knew if this bank did a medallion signature. And the customer service person didn't even know what that was. Uh helloo? This is a service offered by financial institutions but not all of them.
