Horrible experience here. We have been here five years after being homeless for a year. I have two kids. My daughter has a Traumatic Brain Injury with severe anxiety and agoraphobia and my son has a speech delay. My mom has kidney failure and diabetes. I just had surgery three months ago where my heart stopped and I had an organ removed. They don’t fix or repair anything. Only one burner works on the stove. The fridge makes the loudest noise and the stopped a leak from the bathroom ceiling but never fixed the damage. There’s mold around the windows. There is a crack in the floor that my mom trip on and fell breaking two ribs and had to stay in the hospital for two days. We told them about it THREE YEARS AGO and it was never fixed. There is no storage and it’s four of us and they say the apartment wasn’t clean after taking pictures of the garbage bag and sent it to the owners so they won’t renew our lease. We have never been late and will pay the increased rate but they would rather us be homeless again with two DISABLED CHILDREN than let us stay. We can’t afford to move with paying for meds and doctors appointments weekly. They want us out so a new person from California can move in. I asked to speak with the owner and Fatima will not allow us to. The Arizona tenets Association and community Legal said they are doing this to several families. We’ve never been complained on and have been quiet people. My daughter has been crying for days and had a severe panic attack last night that caused a nose bleed and her blood pressure to go extremely high. She doesn’t want to leave and be homeless again. Parents with sensory kids know how hard it is to get them to be comfortable anywhere besides home. We have no where to go and no family. We just want to pay and stay.

Yes but they have no units available, and when they get one open they have one day where they except applications where they open at 9 but have people waiting in line at 6, if i were you i would continue my search and have a back up plan
Our 2 bedroom floor plan includes only one bathroom. At the moment we don't have any two bedrooms until after August.
Our one bedrooms are $813.00 with water, sewage, trash & tax included.

Never had problem with beg bugs. Had couple scorpions and had to get rid of roaches when we moved in. You need to call and ask for 1 bed rooms.
