The fact that this place has over 4 stars surprises me, honestly. Dr.Papa himself is a decent man, he has some good jokes, good humor and knows how to get to the point of an appointment with the patient and helps as best as possible. However, getting in there and getting in contact with anybody there is an absolute NIGHTMARE. I called last Wednesday and left a voicemail to get a refill on medication. They are closed Wednesdays so I had to wait for a call back. Thursday at 4pm (I am not exaggerating) I get a phone call from an unregistered number. I don’t answer because it’s an unregistered number, and when I listen to the voicemail the receptionist has an attitude while telling me I need to schedule an appointment for my refill. I called the office back at 4:03 (again, I am not exaggerating) and I get the voicemail saying that their office is closed and that I need to call back another time or leave a voicemail. At this point I am extremely annoyed at the fact that they waited until they closed to return my call, so I now have to wait another day to schedule my appointment. I hang up in frustration and I called back Friday morning to try & schedule an appointment, no answer and had to leave a voicemail (doesn’t surprise me). And so I leave a detailed voicemail saying what I needed the appointment for and also when my availability is. Never heard back from them all of Friday. So now I am playing the waiting game for them to call me back so I can schedule an appointment. Absolutely terrible reception service, doctor is fine.
