First Choice Home Medical Equipment LLC

I haven't found First Choice to be the best place to get my DME supplies (durable medical). So, if you have any other options for getting this, I would use them. I try very hard to avoid using them at this point! They can be rude and unhelpful and they don't care! If you can, try to convince your Dr's office to send the order for it to a different DME Company. You should have a choice and there are other companies out there. You just need to find out who your insurance will cover. I imagine they have at least two companies. Try the other one...don't work with First Choice unless you have too. Then, if you are forced to work with them, see if your Dr's office or caseworker can advocate for you. If not...don't let them bully you. Look on their website and find what you want and need and then keep going higher in the company until you get someone who can help you and doesn't give you a run around. Good luck and big hugs.
