Advertise .99 cent refills have included photo of sign but they said they changed policy but didn't remove signs that's false advertising and most company's would honor if they didn't remove signs not Allsups they do as they please but that in todays times greed runs the world it's now two weeks later and they have not removed signs stating the no longer do the .99 cent refill what happened to false advertising been against the rules but it's Allsups only rules is what they can make and in a small town I guess greed is the moto for business nowadays and they will keep it up and take it in but things change but don't buy the signs advertisement. Use to be there where rule but in todays times rules are what you get away with.

It all seems to be different at every Allsup's I go to. The one next to Walmart in Stephenville normally has the lowest gas price because they're competing with Murphy's at Walmart. The rest of them in Stephenville are normally a few cents higher. Then if you go to the one on 377 it's normally 15 to 30 cents higher per gallon.
