Could of been better if the ethics can improved. My first day signing up the salesman was pressuring my dad on a wheel chair disability, hoping to use swimming as a aquatic therapy but still indecisive, but he had to wait Medicare to approved, so he smooth talked his way. we paid for the membership and activation fee ( maybe $70-100), next day , dad did not want to use the pool because of mental illness, but you cannot get the refund back anymore, so it was a waste of month and activation fee, rather it could have been a free trial period. I was planning not to write this, but today my little brother who has also a mental illness, was yell at for not wearing flippers at the time to go to the pool, technically they are right by policy. But reading the negative reviews here, about a certain female manager i will have to agree with them. I guess i will give LA fitness a try.

Staff and facility are fantastic. Michelle and Chris are always polite, courteous to the patrons.

She is not only the wife, she is also the owner and manager of the gym. When she explains the rules to you and you don't want to follow them, you'll say she's rude, mean or any other derogatory word, just because you can't get away with it. This is a place to relax and enjoy, not aggravate the staff, all we ask is that you follow the rules.
