My friend and I went to get pedicures on Friday and we were treated very poorly. We asked to have the paint re-done because it was so lumpy and the lady yanked her sandal off of her foot. She then yelled at her in front of all the customers over a miscommunication about services. We still left tips and said thank you. I have never had such a fast pedicure and had to ask her to complete stuff that is normally done. We would never return to this business and I have never been treated that way while trying to get a spa service provided.

The woman who did my toes did a terrible job - she cut me, it was lumpy, and the nail polish didn’t even cover my entire nail bed. I asked if she could redo 3 of my toes and another tech took over - she basically ripped my sandals off my feet but she redid my toes. When I came in, I told them I wanted the basic $28 pedicure, but she used the cheese grater on my foot even though that costs like $7 extra (I frequently do foot peel masks so my feet don’t really require the cheese grater now.) She basically yelled at me that I told her I wanted that but I never even spoke to her prior as she only redid my polish, and was not the original nail tech who preformed my pedicure. Everyone in the salon turned around to look at me. I left her a $5 tip but now I regret it after realizing how disrespectful this experience was. Getting a pedicure and manicure is supposed to be a relaxing, spa experience. This place is ran trashy and their nail polish wall is pretty much empty. How can you run a salon like this? I will never be back.

This is one of the best nail salons I’ve been too! Everyone is friendly, fast, and professional.The other night, some ladies came in at closing time, and the still took good care of them. Cathy is my favorite tech. She does wonders with the designs.
