For credit cards, please log in to Digital Banking and use the travel notifications option under Manage Cards. For debit cards, notify TDECU at least two business days before your departure by sending Member Care a secure message in Digital Banking, or calling the number on the back of your card and providing the dates of your travel and the destination.
A hold means that although a check amount was credited to your account, it's not yet available for your use. TDECU’s general policy is to make deposited funds available on the first business day after we receive a deposit. In some cases, however, we may place a hold on funds deposited by our Members.

Hi Maria, to open an account at TDECU you will first need to be a Member of the credit union. Becoming a Member includes a share savings account that establishes your Membership with TDECU and allows you to apply for other accounts. You will need to meet our eligibility requirements to be a Member which can be found here: https://www.tdecu.org/membership/ If you would like to visit our Member Center you do not need an appointment but one is recommended.
