Unfortunately waited almost a hour to be seen and didn’t get any update on where I was in queue … if I knew they were short handed or was going to be awhile, I would have made the decision to go a closer branch… Just not acceptable anymore to be serviced with such lack of care

For debit cards, notify TDECU at least two business days before your departure by sending Member Care a secure message in Digital Banking, or calling the number on the back of your card and providing the dates of your travel and the destination.
A hold means that although a check amount was credited to your account, it's not yet available for your use. TDECU’s general policy is to make deposited funds available on the first business day after we receive a deposit. In some cases, however, we may place a hold on funds deposited by our Members.
