Gave my room away without a call or email. Would not take my hubby's tax exempt card. He is a disabled veteran. Was told by the overnight girl, if we wanted towels we would have to bring them up front. Smh. Courtney is the gm and not only did they overcharge me for the room. Charged me another 75 dollars. Karen in the kitchen was awesome and the ladies in housekeeping were too. Courtney and Jedda were atrocious. Will never stay there again. Hilton name but not the way Hilton does business.

I am so glad we chose the Stamford Inn to stay at the last 3 times we met up with our daughter from college! My husband and I live 5 hours away from her and it has been so nice to have a clean, safe and comfortable place to stay when we get together. The beds are really comfortable and plenty of counter space for all of our overnight supplies. Having a mini fridge and microwave is very handy as well. Nina has always been extremely nice whenever we call to reserve a room and I'm sure it is not an easy job to be available all the time. Having a Walmart close has been an added bonus and we enjoyed a new Mexican food place close by Stamford Inn last time we were there.

We had been driving all day and night and she had availability when I called so we stopped on by. Her rooms were very nice and clean and recently remodeled. The bed was comfortable and the front desk host was very kind. We are in the area again tonight and we’re planning on driving.until we arrive to Stamford just to spend the night here.

People are friendly and professional. I guess my stay would have been more comfortable if the circumstances had been different. The room had a unpleasant odor, which I was informed was due to flooding from the unexpected winter storms thawing. Lots of problems in TX at large. My bed was comfortable, which is what I needed for deep sleep. If I should need to come back in town I would stay here again.
