Nice place. I'm rating our stay "5" - it's not a Waldorf-Astoria but in its budget hotel category it's tops in my book. Newly remodeled, plank floors & tile bathrooms, very clean, just off the main highway (which meant a little noisy at times with truck & train traffic).

I was pleased with this property, while staying for 2 weeks. The rooms are clean, and housekeeping is excellent. Clean towels are always available, upon request. The motel is nice and comfortable. There are only two issues, flies and wheat husks, blowing from the elevators, across the street, during the processing season.

Owners are remodeling rooms. My room had not been remodeled yet. Dumpster for remodeling trash sits in the middle of an already very small parking area. Broken tiles all over ground around the dumpster and no one bothered to sweep it up. Impossible to get in or out of parking with driving over broken tiles.

This is an older place but very clean. The heater is very quiet. No carpet which is fine because you know the floor is clean. Bathroom is clean also. For the price and one night couldn't ask for more
