I just had a horrible experience here at Circle K 9630 W Bellfort Houston TX 77031 that is the machine charged my card $50 for $20 worth of gas,and a juice that cost $1.79. I didn't notice the charge until I left the store. The receipt says $21.94 so why was a hold of $50 placed on my card? In addition the cashier LaShae was helpful at first but she crossed the line when she felt that I didn't have a right to be upset about the hold of $50. She also as we are walking out the door accused my boyfriend of maybe using my card. LaShae was unprofessional saying this when it's clearly Cirle K machine error. What is the purpose to come inside so a hold want be place on your card? No purpose never will I come to this location when the supervisor and the cashier have an attitude because I am upset now I have no money till the hold on my money is released so calling corporate now. Be careful that this don't happen to you.

Some of the beverages weren’t available,and it said on the machines “out of service”. Fuel pumps are out of paper so there is no receipt. But the coffee makers were working just fine. 👌

Things have gotten much better here. The assistant manager with the long hair (either indian or hispanic) that works on the weekends still insists on locking the doors at 6am Sunday morning when workers are trying to get coffee/gas to start their day and don't dare ask him why because he will snap at you and be extremely rude. From what I understand, he's been employed by circle K for a while. At one point when I complained to the manager concerning the photos I attached to show him proof of what he does, he lied and said he didn't work there anymore. Relieved I came back the next weekend..same thing. I know what he drives so now I don't bother to stop. If you see all the lights off..just keep going.

Store was closed for technical issues according to the note on the door. You guys missed out on $200 in gas this morning from me, I saw at least 4 different set of people walk to the doors to only be turned around due to the door being locked and the store being closed.
