HANDS DOWN WORST KFC I HAVE EVER VISITED. Been there twice over the course of 2 years and both times they’re out of something that is their staple. First time I rolled up and they said they were out of chicken and it would be a 45 minute wait. Like what??? Last night they were out of biscuits and it would be 20 minutes. Does the management not think “hey we’re getting low on stuff let’s make more before it’s all gone”, or they just don’t care. I always wondered why this place is always empty when I go around there. Taking my business elsewhere from now on and I highly suggest that you do too.

I really want to give this place a 2 star but the food was hot. Why a 2 star because of the false advertising. In Troy Alabama they have a buffet KFC. I don't see many of them around. So when I saw this one I was like yes🤗. Only to be disappointed once I entered the building and saw a permanent close sign on the buffet bar. If it is no longer a buffet then take the sign down. Especially if it is PERMANENTLY CLOSED!!!!! AND YOU NEED TO WORK ON CLEANLINESS OUTSIDE AS MUCH AS INSIDE. ALONG WITH YOUR SERVING TIME. TOO LONG WAITING FOR A 3 PIECE MEAL.

Was fine for a Sunday late afternoon.. literally like nobody inside dining in and drive thru hardly had anyone. So if you don't want to deal with the holier than thou post-church Christian hypocrites across the interstate at Cracky Barrel on Sundays...KFC should take care of your hunger. Fyi...the buffet has been permanently discontinued so you post-church entitled fake Christians can stop raging about why they don't have a buffet anymore...get over yourselves already.

Last time I'll go to the park city one. Was told they didn't have enough original chicken for my bucket order. Said that's fine just need one breast for the wife and fill the rest with crispy. Watched them fill several drive thru orders, come back and tell me they dont have any breasts but i could wait 22 minutes.. called wife said that sucks but to get home. Told them just to fill with what they do have in the warmer... 20 minutes later I get cold sides and the chicken from the warmer. Literally would've taken them 30 seconds to fulfill my order but i was stuck there for over 25 minute from start to finish. Also saw them close the lobby early while some customers were inside. Some customers wanted to come in and they were told no. And this place would have foot traffic from hotels and truckers. Didn't make sense, they had 6 staff workers and the only thing they did was focus on drive thru, talk, or hide in the storeroom.
