I am normally not one to leave a review, We just ordered over $45 worth of food, the Book Bundle and other items...We did NOT get our full order we had a Lrg. Pizza missing. I was told that there was nothing they would do to fix it because the guy on the phone cooked and packed our order personally & the driver told mang. that she gave us 2 Lrg pizzas. I didn't even have time to hide a pizza nor eat it in the amount of time I sat my order down in the kitchen and ran back outside to flag down the driver... she never saw me. They basically called us liars and said that we were trying to get an extra free pizza out of them. Also that we were out of luck because they were not going to give us a "free" pizza.... I DON'T WANT A FREE PIZZA. I want the pizza I paid for! Will Not go back to them!

The past 3 times I've ordered, the dough has tasted undercooked, thin and doughy, despite being hand tossed. I'm not sure if they're not proofing their dough or what. But now I feel like I can only order thin crust if I want a quality pizza here. 2 stars because the thin crust pizza is good and so are wings.

So it took 50 mins on a monday. Only one driver was told...we ordered a meal with breadsticks for the BREADSTICKS! They came like this...not even a little seasoning added. Just some bread lol and the pizza was below average...

Should have 0 stars. Pizza was cut so badly that I had to cut every slice out with a knife, it may as well have not been cut. Also, the boneless wings were supposed to have sauce, but it looked as though they were dropped in a light film of it and immediately removed. Basically chicken nuggets with a hint of flavor. I also ordered 2 sauces, but only received the one that was supposed to come with, didn't get the other 2. The only person I'm happy with is the delivery driver, he was prompt and courteous. First time I've ordered from here in ages, and now I remember why.
