You might be able to have someone like Postmates get the stuff you want and then have them ship it in a manner you specify. I imagine this: have postmates get a dry ice type cooler(like the ones Omaha Steaks uses) and take it to B&W to use as the container to hold whatever you tell them you want. I doubt you'll be able to get them to deal with any -190°F carbon dioxide(dry ice) though, due to the transportation/handling risks. B&W will more than likely provide regular H2O ice to fill the cooler with your meat(s), probably for free. Then, have Postmates take the filled cooler to a location where it can be shipped; you should already have the shipping instructions and postage paid for beforehand so all they have to do is drop it off.
