My mom just needed some bank statements printed out and a bank representative to sign paperwork for proof. Nope, mission unaccomplished. She refused to sign it and tried to charge my mom $5/per statement. Couldn't even do the bare minimum work. An elementary school child could have completed this simple request.

Beware! July 20 2022, somebody in a small black SUV (Mazda I believe) is watching repeat customers habits. I was followed to Luby's, then while picking up food, they loosed the valve core on one of my tires, then followed me, hoping to rob me changing the tire. Got back to work, they waited 45 min till my tire was repaired, then broke my window hoping I had left money in there. Saw them on Security Camera's. Be careful!

If I could rate a zero I would. One teller with a lobby full of customers on a Monday nearly a 25 minute wait. UNACCEPTABLE.
